Theatrical Team Building
|
A “Theatre Company” means people. The people
come first and then all else follows and flows from that source…that
beginning. Theatre by its very nature is a team building effort
involving:
- Collaboration
- Cooperation
- Support
- Group risk taking
- Creative expression
- Creative brainstorming, problem solving
- Immediate rewards for the participants and
the audience
- Constructive and participatory
- Discovery of hidden talents
- Creation and support of a positive attitude:
- Discovery that people can do more than
they thought they could
- Generation of self-confidence with
on-the-job applications
- Creation of a community.
FROWbiz has successfully translated the collaborative strengths of
a Theatre Company to companies like yours…and their employees had a
lot of fun in the process! Let us show you how to make your
entertainment dollar buy much more: a great celebration and effective
team building all in the same event!

Creative Problem Solving: |
Mickey
Rooney & Judy Garland did it. Second City does it.
Saturday Night Live does it. Now you can do it too! Write,
produce and perform your own Comedy Sketch as part of an enriching and
entertaining group activity. Each 'cast' will dramatically solve
realistic (though outrageously over the top) scenarios from your own
industry, using your company's policies, business initiatives and core
values.

Employee Showcase: |
The
Administrative Assistant who sings lead in her church choir.
The mail room clerk who is an awesome hip-hop dancer. The
manager who wins all the karaoke contests. The accountant who
is a classical pianist. The amazing artist in IT. Your
company has personnel with all sorts of artistic talents.
Why pay for professional talent when you have everything you need
right at home? We are experts at nurturing and showcasing
amateur talent in a variety of theatrical styles. From celebrating a
company's history to a variety night, what a wonderful way to
celebrate your own accomplishments, diversity and talents.

Fundraiser: |
This
past June, Judy directed her 12th production of
Night Court,
The Houston Bar
Association’s annual all
lawyer musical comedy Broadway-style show. Playing to record audiences at
our new home in the
Wortham Center, and raising a record-breaking $85,000 for the HBA’s
charitable works,
The
Law of the Sea featured a talented group of over 75
attorneys, judges and politicians who went through weeks of
stage combat training, dancing, singing and orchestra rehearsals.
The set was designed and
built by the cast and dedicated crew with grateful thanks to
Art Attack
and Staging Solutions for
their assistance. Next year’s show,
Legal
Fairy Tales
is already in pre-production. Mark your calendars –
June 10 to 13, 2009. This is Theatrical Team Building at its best!. |

The
Reviews:
“The show has, under your
leadership and some incredible fund raising, gone from a charming amateur
production to a slickly produced show. I think you are genius. “
Deborah Selden
Staff Attorney, District Courts of Harris County
“Team Building? Judy Frow's programs are more like
building families. Judy's programs allow participants to let their guard down
and trust each other, and nothing facilitates good will and cooperation among
people better than trust. Judy has an amazing way of orchestrating all of this
with a great deal of fun. I would make the program mandatory."
Patrick Moore Attorney At Law; Schwartz, Junell, Greenberg & Oathout
“…I wanted to
give you some feedback about Judy. She was awesome. Her love for what she did
was so evident during all of our practices and show. It is great to see
somebody who truly loves what they do…Thanks for asking me to be a part, it is
good stretching me out of my comfort zone.”
Mike Nesbit, Nesbit Cleaners
“I
enjoyed tremendously working this year in an all-lawyer Broadway-style musical
production with Judy Frow. The process was incredibly educational, and fostered
a true sense of community among the cast and crew. Judy really knows her
stuff.”
Frank Hubert, Jr.
